This colorful five-tiered topsy-turvy cake was created for a Windows 7 release party. It is iced in white, blue, green, yellow, and red buttercream with fondant overlays that include diamonds, stripes, polka dots and balloons. Edible images on each tier add to the decoration with the colorful logos from Mcafee, Computrace, Hewlett Packard, and Microsoft Windows 7. Our delicious new cake flavors including midnight orange and pink champagne graced this whimsical specialty cake.  This awesome cake was delieved to the Grand Ballroom at Sandia Casino & Resort.
