Graduation season is upon us so we celebrate with this three-tiered graduation cake. It is covered in rolled fondant and an edible pearl spray. The red, gray, and black are University of New Mexico colors. The sizes shown are a half sheet, quarter sheet, and a 6” round cake. It will feed 65-80 people.
