This two-tiered cowgirl themed birthday cake features a 3D cowgirl hat in light pink rolled fondant with a white fondant bow. The bottom tier is iced in white buttercream and is decorated with pink and lavender sugar flowers. The border is embellished by green buttercream grass. No cowgirl cake would be complete without a lasso so we put a gray fondant rope to the side of the cowgirl hat and wrapped the tail around the base of the bottom tier.
